Delivery:
Our delivery team takes care to ensure every order arrives smoothly and on time.
Drivers will make every reasonable effort to confirm delivery in person. If no response is received, orders will be left in a safe, visible location at the delivery address. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the order indoors promptly. Gather and Graze is not held responsible for food quality after an order has been left unattended for an extended period. Gather and Graze is also not responsible for orders that are lost, damaged, or removed after being left unattended.
While we aim to deliver within the selected time window, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If a delivery is expected to fall significantly outside the chosen window, we will contact you with an update.
For gift orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the recipient of the delivery date and approximate arrival time. If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be left in a safe, visible location. Delivery drivers will make one delivery attempt only.
To ensure a successful delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including unit numbers, buzzer codes, and contact information where applicable. If delivery information is missing or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient or inaccurate information, or that are not accepted by a recipient, are not eligible for refunds.
