Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled and refunded under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date qualify for a full refund*
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund*

Please note that all approved refunds are processed minus the original Shopify fees associated with the transaction.

Custom orders, catering, and larger event orders require at least 5 days notice to be eligible for a refund
